2008:AiLF Instruments founded in Weihai City, Shandong Province. Coopearted with Shandong University on Laser module.

2009-2010:DFB Distributed feedback infrared gas detection laser, applied to natural gas leakage inspection.

2011-2013:Develop the marketing in mainland,sign a contract with Big 5 city gas group and stepped into the purchaing list.

2014:Second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award.

2015: Invent the world's smallest fully integrated laser methane detection module,same year,promoted the world's smallest laser methane detector with the reliable performance.
