Product Description

P20 Open Path Pan Tilt Zoom Continuous Laser Methane Natural Gas Pipeline Leak Scanning Monitoring 24/7

Description:

P20 Laser Gas Open Path gas detector is specifically designed for continuous monitoring in hazardous areas.
Based on our advanced TDLAS Technology, the entire instrument is built into compact flameproof enclosures which makes it ideal for zone 1 locations. It can detect up to 150m from a distance.

P20 Open Path laser monitoring system integrates laser detection, leak point determination, recording, inspection route management, and network communication on the pan-tilt, making it a complete monitoring and alarm device. Even if the backend system is offline, the pan-tilt can independently and continuously perform on-site leak monitoring and synchronize breakpoint alarm data when the system is restored.

TDLAS Principle:
The TDLAS Principle also known as Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy operates with exceptional results. The advanced TDLAS technology provides you with unique gas detection capabilities. The internal laser emits a very narrow bandwidth of light.

Methane will absorb this specific wavelength of the emitted light. Other gases present will not cause any reading interference there. The detector will measure the light reduction caused by gas. A high-quality l methane detection system offers unmatched gas specificity. The internal photodiode detects even those very faint light signals.
