G10E Portable TDLAS Methane Detector
Designed for efficient methane leak inspection, the G10E is a portable laser gas detector that combines TDLAS measurement technology with an integrated gas sampling system. It enables operators to collect gas samples and obtain methane concentration readings directly in the field, supporting routine pipeline inspections and targeted leak investigations.
High-Flow Sampling for Efficient Inspection
The built-in gas pump provides a high sampling flow rate, helping draw gas into the detection unit for analysis. An efficient filtration system helps reduce the impact of dust and other particles during sampling, supporting stable operation in different field environments. The integrated design also reduces the need for additional sampling equipment.
Fast Measurement with Multiple Display Units
Using laser absorption spectroscopy, the G10E measures methane concentration with a rapid response time of 0.1 seconds. Measurement results can be displayed in PPM, %LEL, or %VOL, allowing operators to evaluate gas concentrations according to different inspection requirements. Its 0.5 ppm resolution supports the identification of low-level methane concentrations during leak surveys.
Automatic Calibration for Consistent Performance
The G10E features a built-in gas reference that supports continuous automatic self-calibration during operation. This helps maintain measurement consistency and reduces the need for frequent manual calibration, making the detector suitable for extended inspection tasks.
