Product Overview

The AiLF G10E is a portable TDLAS laser gas detector designed to measure ethane (C₂H₆) and methane (CH₄) for natural gas leak detection and identification. Using laser absorption spectroscopy, the G10E provides direct concentration readings with a 0.1 s response time, helping operators quickly detect gas anomalies and assess whether a leak is associated with natural gas.

Methane and Ethane Detection

The G10E measures methane and ethane separately, providing concentration data for both gases. By evaluating the detected gas concentrations and their proportions, operators can use the measurement results to help identify potential natural gas leaks. This dual-gas detection capability makes the G10E suitable for applications where gas composition information is important for leak identification.

Portable and Real-Time Measurement

With a compact 1.2 kg design and more than 10 hours of battery operation, the G10E is designed for portable field inspection. Its 0.1 s response time enables real-time measurement and rapid feedback during pipeline and industrial inspections.

ATEX-Certified Design

The G10E features an ATEX Exib IIC T3 Gb explosion-protection rating and IP66 enclosure protection, supporting use in applications requiring explosion-protected gas detection equipment.
